Who am I?
Kris is a TEDx Speaker and Management Consultant with 2 university degrees in Business & Marketing. She is a food-loving Sydneysider with roots in Germany, and loves spending time outdoors to meditate and exercise. Kris enjoys a plant-powered and gluten-free diet, and when time allows, she travels the world with her soulmate Markus.
Her health journey started in 2008 when she was diagnosed with lactose intolerance. Kris then decided to learn more about it and became an autodidact in nutrition and graduated as a Health Coach. Kris’ firm conviction is that everybody deserves to be healthy and happy. Her true passion is about helping other people to lead a dairy-free lifestyle, which is not only healthy but also yummy and fun.
Kris health journey continues as she leaves her successful corporate career in 2015 to start the mylk Revolution.
